Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Entry Level Software Engineer with a background in .NET development. The Engineer would be working to help maintain a number of applications that connect our product to different web platforms as well as acting as a liaison between the Support and Development departments.

This position will begin in more of a Technical Support role as this person will be directly working with customers to troubleshoot issues. Going forward, this position will grow into the Engineer eventually taking over the code base for the applications.

Responsibilities:

Help our customers with any challenges they face when moving data between different platforms.
Make sure our applications run smoothly, with great performance and a good user experience.
Use SQL to assist with analyzing and adjusting customer data as needed.
Work closely with our Support team to identify and resolve any software issues.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL
Ability to learn quickly and without supervision
Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts
1 Year of Technical Support or Customer Service experience a plus

Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
1 Years of development experience preferred, but recent college graduates also considered
Some previous Technical Support or Customer Service experience
Jewelry or retail experience is appreciated, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
