Job Summary
As a Junior Software Developer, you will assist with all functions of software coding and design. You should have good working knowledge of basic programming languages, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to work in a team environment. In this role, you will collaborate with other developers to design computer applications and programs. Should be familiar with JavaScript, SQL, .NET and other various platforms.

Duties

Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting solutions.
Design and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Access and VBA to support business processes.
Maintain and enhance the Microsoft Access VBA front-end used by internal users across departments.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Assist in application development using C#.NET, JavaScript, or other technologies as needed.
Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity across systems.
Document code, business processes, and technical solutions for long-term support and knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical, effective solutions.

Skills

Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, query development, and database management.
Strong experience with Microsoft Access, including form/report design and VBA programming for application automation and front-end development.
Solid understanding of programming principles; familiarity with C#.NET and JavaScript is a plus.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and end users.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
