ARF Financial is a successful commercial financial services firm based in Sunrise Florida. We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer to join our small growing team on a full-time basis. You will participate in a variety of new application development initiatives along with ongoing support of existing applications across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain a variety of web and back-office applications, databases, and third-party data integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions and implement software applications.
Assist with support and administration of IIS web and SQL Server database applications and server platforms.
Assist with building processes, procedures, standards, and methodologies, to ensure quality software development.
Perform code reviews, debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Assist with developing and improving upon application test strategies.
Work with other development team members to share ideas, provide advice, peer-review work product and provide feedback.

Requirements:

Experience developing applications for the financial services industry, specifically loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
5+ years of production experience with software, web, and database development.
Expertise with ASP.Net, VB, IIS, SQL Server, JavaScript, AJAX
Current expertise designing and developing SAP Crystal Reports for complex reporting requirements.
Proficiency using MS Visual Studio, SQL Server Manager, Telerik UI for ASP.Net, Github
Experience developing integrations using web services and related technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are a must.

On site work in Sunrise Florida is preferred, however we are open to full/partial remote work. Selected candidate will be subject to pre-employment background check and must prove right to work in the U.S.A. without sponsorship.
