Programmer Analyst will be responsible to do full stack development (Javscript / React for UI, and .NET Core [C#] for the backend, with SQL-92 (SQL Server):

1. Follow design guidance to implement programming solutions
2. Follow agile / scrum / CI/CD pipeline to release and deploy the solution
3. Do ER diagrams based on requirements.
4. Participate in requirements analysis and design discussions.
5. Document requirements for the software team to implement
6. Test to make sure the system works as requested

Since this is a junior role, you are not expected to be an expert, but a strong command on computer science fundamentals - object oriented programming and principles - will be required.

Excellent communication skills, discipline and integrity, and taking responsibility for tasks are critical for this role. You will be working remote with occasional in person meetings within an hour of Richmond area.
