GL Solutions actively seeks a highly motivated and seasoned Systems Administrator to join the dynamic team at GL Solutions. The ideal candidate offers a strong understanding of IT infrastructure management and problem-solving techniques, as well as the ability to manage complex workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, manage, and monitor Azure resources and services. Ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency of Azure Environments.
Set up and configure software and physical and virtual (Azure) hardware and networks.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure audit and inventory records are current.
Keep systems updated with the latest software and hardware upgrades.
Conduct regular backups and data recovery operations.
Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
Monitor and manage firewalls to ensure physical office, virtual networks (Azure), and remote sites remain connected.
Implement security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls.
Evaluate and Improve System

Qualifications:

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
Preferably 2 - 5 years of experience in a systems administration role and 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using management software and tools.
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, network management, and system security.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including experience with Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, and cloud services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
