Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced C# Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll engage with a diverse range of clients, working on both staff augmentation assignments and fully quoted turnkey projects. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining top-tier software solutions that meet unique client requirements. While expertise in C# is essential, familiarity with ASP.NET Blazor will be a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Focused Development: Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver custom software solutions for both staff augmentation roles and quoted turnkey projects.
Software Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C# and related technologies.
Project Collaboration: Participate in project planning sessions, code reviews, and strategy discussions to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Technical Liaison: Serve as a bridge between our development teams and clients to refine requirements and align project deliverables with business objectives.
Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to deliver reliable and seamless user experiences.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and provide technical insights for future projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in C# development
Familiarity with ASP.NET and related frameworks; experience with ASP.NET Blazor is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends
