We are seeking a talented .NET Core Production Support Engineer with a background in backend development and experience with Azure cloud services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in backend development using .NET Core and a good understanding of Azure services. This role will primarily focus on providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining backend systems and applications hosted on Azure.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshooting issues related to .NET Core backend systems and integrations along with the data stored in SQL Server
Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and bugs in Azure-hosted applications in a timely manner
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and users, to deliver high-quality solutions and support ongoing development efforts
Azure Integration: Support and maintain backend solutions leveraging Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in backend development using .NET Core, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core is required
Experience working with Kronos UKG API Time integration preferred but not required
SQL Server experience and proficient in writing SQL queries is required
Some experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage is required
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving is required
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation range: Base salary range (depending on experience) $90k-110k, 5% target bonus eligible

Work Location

We are a remote company, however, for this role, we are seeking someone who lives in or near one of the following locations: Central or Northeastern New Jersey or metro New York City
