We are seeking a highly skilled .NET/C# Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate has experience maintaining and improving legacy codebases while working within a structured ticketing system. This role requires a strong foundation in .NET Webforms, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments, along with an understanding of IIS, cron jobs, and scheduled tasks.

You will work on a variety of projects involving maintaining, optimizing, and extending existing .NET applications, integrating third-party services, and supporting business-critical applications. If you have experience in digital agencies or pharmaceutical promotions, it’s a plus!

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve legacy .NET Webforms applications running on .NET v4/5 and C#
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for SQL Server
Work within a ticketing system to support ongoing maintenance and enhancements
Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Windows Server and IIS
Configure and troubleshoot cron jobs and scheduled tasks
Use Visual Studio for development, debugging, and testing .NET applications
Manage source code using Git
Ensure high attention to detail when implementing changes and reviewing work
Provide accurate estimates for Statements of Work (SOWs)
Configure and troubleshoot SMTP for email-based functionalities

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in .NET/C# development
Proven experience working with .NET Webforms and legacy codebases
Strong SQL development skills, including writing queries and creating stored procedures in SQL Server
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments
Understanding of IIS and application hosting
Experience working in ticketing systems to support maintenance and troubleshooting

Nice to Have

Experience with Golang
Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating third-party services
SAML SSO knowledge and integration experience
Expertise with Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault, including integration with .NET applications
Previous experience working in a digital agency environment
Background in pharmaceutical promotions and education
