Safebox is looking for a Content Developer (remote) to work with our hospitality industry client. As the Content Developer, you will be creating, organizing, and publishing content that helps employees quickly get up to speed on services, products and internal ways of working. You will work within the existing knowledge management platform, Confluence, to create, share, and manage content from knowledge bases, wikis, team spaces and landing pages. Previous experience using Confluence and Brikit Theme Press is required.

In this role you will:

Review current knowledge base documentation and training materials with an eye for consolidation and simplification.
Create net new documentation and training materials including how to guides, workflow diagrams, and templates.
Use your knowledge of Design, UX and Search to improve readability and findability of content.
Collaborate with our in-house production team to create engaging videos for high priority launches.
Collaborate with Knowledge Managers to ensure adherence to existing content guidelines, required formats and structures.
Design and execute against a knowledge & training content calendar that provides bi-weekly communication touch points with our internal teams.
Review website analytics to assess content performance and improve employee experience.

Qualifications:

5+ years experience in writing, content design, content strategy, UX design, and information technology.
Must have experience designing websites in Confluence using Brikit Theme Press.
Must be proficient with all OOTB macros and familiar with popular Confluence plugins.
Proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and juggle multiple deadlines and projects, and keep peers, partners, and supervisor abreast of activities.
Enjoy building relationships and working with a broad range of technical and non-technical people in a distributed environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other Related Field
