Job Summary
We are looking for a Software Developer Team Lead to join our team at the Corporate Headquarters.

You will join our existing development team based in Westmont IL, working in a Flexible/Agile environment. Leading a team of developers work and contribution to maintaining and adding new features to our existing insurance applications.

We operate in a hybrid environment where people work remotely and onsite each week.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers in developing and maintaining new features in our existing applications.
Liaise with IT management in coordinating teams activities.
Assist the Team in deciding appropriate technologies to use in developing the most up-to-date features that reflect the future of work.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3-4 years C# programming, SQL Server, ASP.Net MVC / .Net Core, Microservices
Experience with and integrating Web Services / External APIs, and RESTful services knowledge.
Continuous integrations & DevOps experience.
Understanding of and experience in Agile methodologies and JavaScript frameworks
Exposure to Single Page Application frameworks (Angular, React)
Capable and happy to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
