Job Title: .Net Fullstack Developer with Outsystems certifications

Duration: June 2025 and work runs through March 2027

Client Location: CA - Remote work permitted anywhere in the continental U.S. (no offshore)

Only submit candidates with over 12 years of experience

Position Requirements

Mandatory

7 + years of electronic data-processing systems study, design, and programming (including 4 + years in a lead role)
Bachelor’s degree (or an additional 4 years of qualifying experience)
Full-time availability starting late June 2025 and work runs through March 2027
Remote work permitted anywhere in the continental U.S. (no offshore)

Highly Preferred (these quals are scored as part of Job )

Current OutSystems certification (Professional Web Developer, Web Developer Specialist, or Expert Reactive Web Developer)
5 + years building and configuring solutions on OutSystems
5 + years designing dashboards and reports within OutSystems
5 + years architecting web-service API integrations
3 + years integrating with IAM solutions (Okta, Entra ID, Ping, etc.)
3 + years developing accessible solutions compliant with WCAG 2.x / Section 508

Candidates who meet most or all of these preferred areas will be prioritized.

Key Points about the State’s Staff-Qualification Form

(We’ll provide the actual form after you express interest.)

Reference contact – customer-side supervisor/manager for each project (can be filled out by software engineer, no signature required, but client must be reachable by the State).
Experience window – projects must be within the past 12 years. Part time work counts toward quals but must be prorated based on % of full time equivalent.
Proof attachments – PDF of degree and current OutSystems certs will have to be included with the final resume/form package.
