True Manufacturing is seeking an Experienced Developer for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role will provide technical expertise and support the development of intelligent automation solutions using industry-leading technologies. The RPA Developer will work closely with process stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of automation projects.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Provide the technical connection between process stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and internal and external developers by clearly communicating business functional issues and technology solutions.
- Create and communicate automations, including supporting presentation materials.
- Create reliable configuration and technical architecture documentation for knowledge transfer, improving software quality, and minimizing support costs.
- Perform installations and upgrades, provide support, and troubleshoot system issues during office hours and after hours, as required by the business.
- Leverage AI technologies to develop innovative solutions and enhance automation capabilities.
Project Management and Collaboration:
- Assist in the development of new concepts and methodologies to improve people, procedures, and information technology solutions.
- Assess risks to establish and enforce standards for requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
- Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements with vendors, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and the execution of project management processes.
- Provide oversight of 3rd party service providers assisting in RPA design and development.

- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience required.
- Five or more years related experience developing with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft required. Salary dependent on years of relevant experience and education.
- Development experience using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, SQL Server Integration Services, JavaScript, Python, VB.Net, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- A professional developer certification in UiPath or Automation Anywhere RPA is preferred.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office 365 applications.
- Proficient written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience interacting with employees at multiple levels of the company.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism with the ability to multi-task.
- Experience relational database, data integration processes, tools performance, and scalability is preferred.
- Microsoft SQL database experience preferred.
- Prior experience using RPA tools is required.
- Experience with manufacturing systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM), or e-commerce is a plus.
