We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with 10-15+ years of experience — someone driven more by the impact of the work than by resume-building. What You'll Do:
- Contribute to the development of our proprietary Low-Code/No-Code platform and libraries, enabling our team to leverage our platform for rapid web application development for enterprise-scale solutions.
- Collaborate on complex, custom-built technologies that require creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
- Design and build efficient, secure, and scalable web based business applications for a variety of clients.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions using our Low-Code/No-Code platform.
Required Skills
- Advanced SQL Language coding skills covering all aspects
- Advanced pure JavaScript development
- Advanced HTML and CSS development
- Advanced Web Service development
- Advanced Object Oriented development skills and patterns
- Advanced VBS/VBA Office Automation development
- Excellent debugging and testing skills
- Intermediate or better Windows API usage experience
- Intermediate or better XML/XSL development
- Intermediate or better Multi-Factor Authentication, Security, Cryptography development
- Intermediate or better knowledge of System Administration, Networking and Infrastructure components
- Intermediate or better knowledge of Web Server technologies (e.g. IIS, Apache and Weblogic)
- Intermediate or better experience developing design specifications for complex solutions
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
- Can interact with clients in a professional manner

- Intermediate or better experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Microsoft Exchange integration development
- Apache Solr Search Engine implementation and integration experience

- Ability to contribute in the sales cycle as a technologist speaking with confidence and knowledge
- Ability to gather requirements to design applications for clients using HyperGen’s Low-Code Development Platform
