Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role at our client site in Miami for a Senior Dotnet Developer at Brightpoint Infotech who will play the role of managing a team of DotNet Developers both local and offshore. Deep knowledge of managing and working on VB.Net in Desktop Applications is a must. The role also involves Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Software Development, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and other programming tasks. The Senior Dotnet Manager will work on leading, managing, creating, maintaining, and optimizing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for someone that can lead a team of developers to support a legacy system built on VB.net.
Qualifications
- VB.net knowledge a must
- Having led and/or managed software development or support teams
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Development skills
- .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC proficiency
- Experience in programming and software development
- Must be willing to come to the office in Miami 5 days a week
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Microsoft certifications or relevant training courses
