We seek a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help us develop and maintain the digital infrastructure that powers our programs.
Job Overview:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will develop, deploy, and maintain web-based solutions that support our mission. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platforms' stability, scalability, and functionality. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy web applications and services using C#, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Manage and maintain our Odoo platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our operational teams.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Collaborate with the team on version control and code management using GitHub.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure projects meet the requirements and are delivered on time.
- Troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing applications and systems.
- Ensure website and application security complies with industry standards and WCAG requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in C# and Odoo ERP system.
- Experience with Windows Server management.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working in or with non-profit organizations.
- Familiarity with entrepreneurship or poverty-alleviation initiatives is a plus.
