Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our custom homebuilding platform using .NET, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Design and optimize RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration with internal and third-party systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including designers, project managers, and other developers—to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business and client needs.
Manage and maintain database systems (SQL Server) for performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the software stack.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Any other duties +/or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in .NET and C# development.
Proven experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Strong background in API design and integration, including RESTful APIs and related architectural patterns.
Proficiency in SQL databases, with the ability to optimize queries and design effective data models.
Understanding of best practices in software development, including version control (Git), testing methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Familiarity with the construction or real estate industry (a plus, but not required).
