Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an OPT Recruiter at I-Giants. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in OPT/CPT opportunities within the IT sector. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining candidate relationships to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT recruiting, specifically in the OPT/CPT market
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Knowledge of immigration regulations and OPT/CPT guidelines
