Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer with extensive experience in OpenText Content Management (OT CM) centered solutions to support a US DoD Agency customer. In this role you will play a key part in gathering OT CM base application requirements, then turning those into working customer operations support solutions. The customer has an existing multi-Agency, high volume, complex OT CM implementation, in-place for over twelve years. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in a variety of Content Management concepts, technologies, practices, and procedures with ten or more years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Subject Matter Expert level support of OT CM (formerly Content Suite/Server) solution capabilities applied within US Government Agencies: DoD 5015.02 STD compliant Records Management, Workflow Engine, Inbound Content Processing, Retention and Storage Management, Web Reports, O script, monitoring schemas and interoperability with non-OT solutions,.
- Assist in the design of metadata models that support DoD compliant records management and access security controls within OT CM environments
- Apply SME level experience in support of stable operation of OT CM based solutions and associated software systems to include planning, development, installation, configuration, and software upgrades within a highly complex environment.
- Provide design and maintenance planning support for Cloud based legacy server stack and future containerized based platforms, including high availability and disaster recovery schema implementations.
- Translate customer requirements into OT CM based applications that align with stakeholders expectations.
- Provide expert guidance in the use of OT CM solution enhancements that can eliminate past application customizations.
- Assist in integrated design of OpenText Machine Learning enhanced Content Analytics and Natural Language Processing (Intelligent Capture / Magellan) applied to inbound document metadata extraction to be stored in OT CM.
Required Experience:
- Ten (10) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing, six of which are specialized in concentrated, hands-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with OT CM solutions.
- Hands on experience in integration of OT CM and Scanning/OCR solutions (Kofax, Ephesoft, OpenText, etc.).
- Six (6) years of experience in OT CM configurations which manage security of PII, PHI, and HIPPA data and content in a multi-tenant Government environment.
- Experience with OT Extended ECM integrations with OT AppWorks, SAP, Salesforce or ServiceNow would be helpful
Clearance/Certificate Requirements:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- IA Level II Certification - (CCNA, CYSA, Security+CE, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
- OpenText Content Server System Administration Certification
Computing Environment:
- OpenText Content Management / Extended ECM solution based in Azure Cloud hypervisor environment, moving to Kubernetes / Docker stack in the near term.
- Cloud based OpenText AppWorks solution, and the CounterPoint ReadyDocs overlay application.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
