Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Marketing Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming languages such as C#, HTML, CSS, and Java, along with experience in Power BI reporting development. This role will primarily focus on marketing projects and support overflow initiatives across the organization. The Marketing Developer will bridge the gap between IT and Marketing, ensuring that marketing strategies are effectively implemented through technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Marketing Solutions: Design, build, and maintain web applications and tools to support digital marketing campaigns, utilizing C#, HTML, CSS and Java.
Power BI Reporting: Create and manage the development/functionality Power BI reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to understand their technical needs and deliver solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness.
Support Overflow Projects: Assist in various IT projects as needed, providing technical expertise and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of developed applications and reports, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes.
Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of development processes, technical specifications, and user guides for marketing tools and reports.
Stay Current with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and software development to propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

4-5+ years of experience in software development, specifically in C#, HTML, CSS, and Java.
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in web development languages (C#, HTML, CSS, Java).
Strong understanding of database management and data visualization.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Information:

Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday To Friday; 1 hour lunch
Location: 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, IL, 60018
Pay Range: $70,000-85,000
