FieldBridge, LLC seeks a .NET Developer for 'direct hire', long-term work including 1st class benefits with our client, a leading-edge inventory management technology company. In order to learn the business, for the first six months 100% of the work will be performed in-office. Office located in NW Houston near Beltway 8 and Highway 290. After that, a hybrid WFH schedule is possible.

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in .NET development, extensive proficiency in SQL Server, and a passion for developing solutions that solve complex business challenges. Experience with RFID technology is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain Rebound Dynamics’ proprietary inventory management platform using .NET technologies.
- Database Management: Implement and optimize SQL Server databases to ensure high performance and data accuracy.
- Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, innovative inventory management solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with advancements in .NET development and emerging technologies to keep the platform at the forefront of the industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in .NET development.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Core.
- Database Expertise: Extensive experience with SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
- AI Tools: Proficiency with AI-powered coding tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar large language models.
- Development Tools: Proficient in using Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Cursor.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Skills:
- RFID Knowledge: Familiarity with RFID technology and its applications in inventory management.
- IoT and Edge Computing: Experience working with IoT technologies and real-time data processing.
- Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure. General serve administration as it relates to software development.
