.NET Developer
Hybrid: Grand Rapids, MI (Remote Possible)
12-month Contract with possibility to go Full time or extension (40 hrs/week)
$115,000 + (D.O.E.)
Our client, a well-established retail company, is searching for a .NET Developer to support their Digital Services team. This individual will support the connectivity of multiple applications across the enterprise through the Azure cloud platform. Furthermore, the Developer will use their cloud-based experience to create and maintain operational and system level documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Kafka.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5 – 10 years of experience in .NET Development preferably in C#
- 4 - 5 years of experience in cloud-based development
- Experience with a large scale/enterprise environment
- In-depth experience with Kafka, Confluent Kafka preferred
- Retail, Ecommerce, or similar industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Work across a variety of applications across the entire enterprise to connect them via the Azure cloud platform
- Contribute to the creation of technical design specifications by utilizing functional
- requirements and analysis documents
- Work within the SAFe Agile framework and utilize best CI/CD practices
- Works with team to ensure quality and consistency, while also taking part in architecture,
- design, and code reviews
