About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior C#/.NET Developer with experience in DevExpress to join our team in Norwood, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a manufacturing, large-scale production, or signage environment, enjoys automating manual processes, and has a passion for leveraging AI and automation to drive operational efficiency.
You’ll work hands-on with the CTO, Operations Manager, and junior developers to maintain and build upon our legacy systems while implementing AI-driven and computer-based solutions to improve operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing C#/.NET legacy systems.
- Build new features on top of the current system to improve efficiency.
- Identify and automate manual operational processes to support company growth.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to analyze operations and identify areas for optimization.
- Work closely with leadership to develop scalable software solutions that reduce the need for additional hires.
- Deploy and maintain applications using Amazon AWS.
- Utilize Git for version control and work in an iterative development environment with continuous integration practices.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering in C#/.NET development and Python.
✅ Experience with DevExpress for UI development.
✅ Strong background in automation, AI-assisted development, and process optimization.
✅ Knowledge of Amazon AWS for cloud-based solutions.
✅ Experience in manufacturing, large-scale production, or signage is a huge plus.
✅ Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✅ Comfortable working on-site in Norwood, NJ, in a collaborative team environment.
