Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor team members, helping the team stay at the top of its game.
- Solve complex technical and business challenges with innovative solutions.
- Architect, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performing, scalable applications.
- Ensure high-quality software through TDD, pair programming, and continuous integration.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies—always looking for the next great play.
- Engage with teammates across disciplines, contributing to strategy and best practices.
- Develop a strong understanding of the team’s goals, systems, and customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer building custom, high-scale applications using .NET. and React, Agile, and Scrum processes.
- Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools.
- Proficiency in design patterns for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Expertise in TDD, unit testing, and XP techniques—because practice makes perfect.
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a willingness to share ideas.
- Ability to adapt and multitask—whether it’s a last-minute change or a new challenge.
- Experience coaching and mentoring other engineers to elevate the whole team’s performance.
