Allsynx has an immediate opening for a REMOTE Developer.

The ideal candidate will be:

Self-managed and motivated to ensure the high standards set forth within the company are met.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Ability to make independent judgements.
Must have proven work ethic, customer service attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to multitask and complete task accurately.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be a team plater with excellent team building skills.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

Responsibilities:

Develop software systems using Microsoft .NET and SQL Server.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct software defects.
Develop unit tests.
Work with other team members on design of software systems including completion of peer reviews.
Conduct industry research and stay up to date on best practices, competitor UI designs and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with other departments to address product, marketing, business needs, and meet company goals.
Adhere to all company policies and rules.
Commit to safety in all work practices.
Other duties as required.

Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree required, or any combination of related work experience and education equivalent to 3-5 years of experience.

Technical Skills:

Experience with development of web-based applications.
Experience developing with Microsoft.NET (C# & ASP.NET).
Experience developing using relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).
Experience developing using ORMs (Entity Framework preferred).
Experience developing web-based APIs (preferably GraphQL).
Experience working in an agile development environment preferred.

Other Skills:

Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, and testing of programs.
Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, and establishing priorities.
Must have good conceptual judgment, initiative, and ability to deal with complex issues.
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills. Individual should prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
