On behalf of our Client from USA, Mobilunity is looking for a ASP.NET Developer.
Our client is a platform that empowers the financial community with powerful tools, actionable data, and seamless connectivity, helping firms, corporations, and research providers improve efficiency and maximize returns on effort.
We’re seeking two experienced ASP.NET developers to enhance a FinTech application. The platform, built with ASP.NET MVC 4 and jQuery, runs on Azure with SQL Server and serves 200+ clients. It includes integrated modules like meeting management, CRM, email notifications, and admin tools across 200+ pages. The goal is to maintain the legacy code while developing a new version of the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, refactor, and enhance an existing ASP.NET MVC 4 and jQuery-based application.
- Work closely with the CTO, Lead Developer, Designer, and Product Managers.
- Ensure smooth deployments and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate in planning and executing the transition to a new system.
- Implement best practices for code quality, security, and scalability.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in ASP.NET MVC 4 / .NET Framework development.
- Strong proficiency in jQuery, JavaScript, and Vanilla CSS.
- Experience with SQL Server and Azure.
- Familiarity with legacy code maintenance and modernization strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience working with financial applications or similar complex business logic is a plus.
- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and higher.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with modernizing legacy applications (e.g., migration to .NET Core, updating front-end frameworks, refactoring old code).
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles for improving user experience in legacy systems.
