Senior Developer (Hybrid - 3 Days a Week - NYC Metro Area Only)

We’re seeking a Senior .net Developer with 8+ years of experience to design and develop a custom application while managing an offshore team. This hybrid role (3 days/week in-office) is based in the NYC Metro area—only local candidates will be considered.
What You’ll Do:
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, proactively solving challenges
- Design cloud-native apps using Microsoft tech (Microservices, Function Apps, Cloud DBs)
- Optimize data structures, algorithms, and SQL queries for performance
- Lead offshore developers, assign tasks, and coordinate with QA/infrastructure teams
- Debug issues, ensure quality, and track progress in Azure Boards
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in financial services with prior knowledge of valuations, financial products, etc
- Expertise in .Net stack (.Net Core, C#, ASP.net, ADO.Net, Linq) and REST/SOAP services
- Strong SQL Server skills (queries, stored procedures, optimization)
- Web dev fluency (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, jQuery)
- Proven ability to build custom solutions from scratch
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
