Lynden Incorporated is seeking a Software Developer I to work as part of our SeaTac based team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by writing clean code, utilizing unit tests, continuous integration, and conducting code reviews. You will develop and maintain databases, including schemas, configurations, and procedures will be expected. Additionally, you will provide training and post-installation support for customers, coworkers, and other IT employees. This position is not safety sensitive.

What you will be doing:
- Design, develop and maintain software applications using .NET technologies to deliver scalable, secure and high-performance solutions.
- Exposure to applications development and programming experience in a business environment.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality software by writing clean code and utilizing unit test, continuous integration, and code reviews.
- Able to triage and manage concurrent tasks and projects, set priorities, and follow through to successful completion.
- Provide training and post installation support for customers, coworkers, and other IT employees
What we need from you (minimum requirements):
- At least 2 years’ experience, this may include internships and capstone projects.
- A thorough understanding and practical experience in troubleshooting and debugging issues to research and identify solutions.
Preference if you also have:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Technology.
- Familiarity with project management processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with processes and concepts such as Git, DevOps, Application Security, and CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) is a plus.
- Experience with tools like Jenkins, Telerik, and refactoring tools such as SonarQube is a plus.
- Experience with developing software in the cloud.
- Knowledge of Universe (Rocket Software), a major plus.
Things to know:
- We work in a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 2 days onsite at our corporate office and 3 days offsite.
- Must live within commuting distance to SeaTac, WA.
- This position is not eligible for relocation.
- You must be available core hours Monday – Friday.
- You may be occasionally required to work hours outside the normal schedule.
- Sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position is not safety sensitive.
