MultiTracks.com is seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer who is passionate about computer programming, with an aptitude for learning and a desire to design, develop and maintain quality software. This Senior role will also lead a collaborative team of skilled developers.

Who You Are:-
Skilled in creating well-presented software that is technically sound
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

What You’ll Do:
- Produce clean, scalable code using .NET Framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
- Upgrade, configure, and debug existing systems
- Provide technical support for web, desktop, or mobile applications
- Create and test software prototypes to ensure excellent working order
- Check code to detect and remedy errors and omissions
- Track project status and effectively communicate progress to project manager
- Work to develop, draft, and drive best practices and strong road maps for a team of 3 to 5 developers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and practices

- Familiarity with MultiTracks.com and the worship music industry
