Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. Position is fully remote but candidate MUST reside in the United States and is available to work 8am to 5pm Eastern. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Service modules, with extensive expertise in custom development, system integrations, and automation using the Power Platform. This role requires a professional with excellent problem-solving skills and a proven track record of implementing and maintaining robust solutions for enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Development and Customization:
- Design, develop, and implement custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript for Dynamics 365 CRM forms.
- Develop and configure workflows, Power Automate flows, and CRM workflows.
- Create and maintain custom Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Build and design Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports to provide actionable insights.
- Work with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Integration and APIs:
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues effectively.
Power Platform Expertise:
- Leverage Power Automate to create complex, multi-step workflows for business automation.
- Collaborate on Power Platform solutions to enhance business processes.
Customer Service Module Expertise:
- Configure SLAs, entitlements, and other Dynamics 365 Customer Service features.
- Design workflows and processes tailored to customer service requirements.
Desirable Expertise (Optional but Preferred):
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service and Dynamics 365 Marketing or ClickDimensions.
- Knowledge of Business Central
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 configurations, performance, and integrations.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for implemented solutions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Service modules.
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML5.
- Extensive experience in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of APIs and integration concepts.
Development Proficiency:
- Expertise in writing custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript for CRM forms.
- Proficiency in developing Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Strong capability in creating Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports.
Customer Service Domain Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of SLAs, entitlements, and Dynamics 365 workflows.
- Familiarity with customer service-specific configurations and best practices.
Integration Skills:
- Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service and Dynamics 365 Marketing or ClickDimensions.
- Experience with Business Central.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and advanced analytics.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is a plus.
