Airrosti is looking for a Senior .NET Developer who is passionate about delivering high-quality applications to support our mission. Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, debug, and maintain scalable, reliable applications
- Deliver quality results that align with our development processes
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
- Lead, teach and mentor others in a fast-paced environment driving the delivery and technical competency of your team forward, allowing them to reach higher levels of performance both individually and as a team
- Lead technical analysis and architectural recommendations for projects
- Lead Daily Standups and other meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to produce positive outcomes
- Collaborate with product owners to further the value proposition of their projects/applications and assist them in converting their designs into technical requirements
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of internal and external customers
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Document development phases
Requirements:
- This position is hybrid and requires being in-office at the San Antonio headquarters multiple times a month (candidates should reside not more than a 2 hours’ drive away from San Antonio; there is a driving reimbursement for mileage over 20 miles from residence, but no flying reimbursement; relocation allotment may be available).
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- 15+ years of working experience developing software applications REQUIRED
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science (or an equivalent field or comparable training), relevant certifications, or additional work experience to the minimum requirements listed above is preferred
- High level of expertise using C# and experience with multiple .NET development frameworks (such as Blazor WASM/ Server, ASP.NET MVC, .NET API, and WCF)
- Proven experience with cloud development technologies for enterprise (such as Service Bus architecture, advanced caching solutions, and redundancy and high availability practices)
- Must have experience with multiple database types (Relational and NoSQL at a minimum)
- Must have experience with multiple design methodologies
- Must have experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Strong problem-resolution and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask
- A high level of previous experience with Blazor is a plus
- A high level of experience and knowledge using the Azure platform is a plus
- High fluency in JavaScript, Typescript and React Native is a plus
- Experience using GraphQL is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- $125,000-140,000 per year
