Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Web Developer with at least 5 years of experience working with the ASP.NET framework and ASP.NET Core using C#. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, creative, and highly motivated team player with strong experience in OIDC & SAML-based authentication. This role will focus on both the development and maintenance of current and future web applications, collaborating closely with the Client User Representatives to troubleshoot and design solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Write clean, scalable code and design solutions according to requirements.
- Troubleshoot and work closely with project teams to implement solutions.
- Communicate the status of work and potential issues to project managers.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work from specifications and pre-established guidelines.
- Participate in the first few weeks in the office, working closely with the development staff to learn the systems and business requirements. Afterward, maintain a hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite) depending on agency requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core development.
- Experience working with OIDC & SAML-based authentication (Identity Server).
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET MVC Core.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Razor Pages.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle 11g/12c and MS-SQL databases.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with IIS, Docker, and Git version control.
- Experience with Umbraco (ASP.NET Core CMS) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience with ColdFusion, AngularJS (version 1).
Onsite Work Schedule:
- First few weeks: Full-time onsite (Monday - Thursday) to work closely with development teams.
- After initial training: Hybrid schedule, 2-3 days per week onsite.
