The FinTech Engineering group is looking for a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to join the Key Technology Commercial Payments Team, which is focused on building best-in-class experiences for commercial customers across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
Create and maintain high quality code, tests, and documentation, utilizing primarily .NET/C# (backend) and Angular (front-end). Work across new feature development, maintenance, and support. Work on features on your own, with minor guidance from leads.
Review tickets, assess gaps, provide input, and suggest implementation details
Keeps tickets updated in Jira
Identifies blockers and work with the team to address them
Fix/improve code smells around assigned tasks
Perform code reviews including finding issues with changes, giving suggestions on code readability, performance, etc.
Work with Tech Leads, Architects, and Product Managers to understand user stories and technical design requirements
May attend project planning and kickoff meetings to hear business requirements from the client’s point of view and ask questions with the end goal of solution delivery. Work closely with product managers through development lifecycle.
Attending team sprint meetings and agile ceremonies e.g., standup, refinement, sprint plan, retrospective, etc. Be available and vocal via group channels.
Build expertise of technologies, practices, projects, features, etc. Fully know how the system works, including areas you haven’t directly worked on.
Contribute to a collaborative engineering team environment, including problem solving with fellow engineers, knowledge sharing, and helping to mentor more junior engineers.
What You Have
Full-stack development experience, 3+ years as an Engineer
Expertise with .NET/C# and Angular, specifically: .NET 8+
Angular 18+
Additional technologies may include: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Contentful, GitLab, GCP tools, SQL Server, Mongo
Experience building web-based applications & working in a cloud-native development environment
Experience within agile development teams, including working directly in pods of 5+ engineers
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $125,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
