We are seeking an experienced C# Developer with expertise in course development for online learning platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in C# development and the ability to create engaging instructional content, including screencast videos and talking head video tutorials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Development: Design, develop, and structure C# programming courses for online learners, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality course materials, including code examples, projects, and interactive learning modules.
- Screen Cast Video Creation: Record and edit screencast tutorials demonstrating coding concepts and best practices in C#.
- Talking Head Videos: Present and explain complex programming topics through engaging video lectures.
- Hands-on Coding Demos: Demonstrate coding techniques and best practices using real-world scenarios.
- Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers and content teams to develop effective course modules.
- Course Delivery: Optimize courses for online learning platforms , ensuring compliance with platform standards.
- Student Engagement: Provide support through discussion forums, Q&A sessions, and interactive assignments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in C# programming and .NET development.
- Experience in creating online courses or technical training materials.
- Proficiency in screencast video creation tools (Camtasia, OBS Studio, ScreenFlow, etc.).
- Comfortable in front of the camera for talking head videos.
- Strong knowledge of OOPs, ASP.NET, MVC, and database management.
- Familiarity with course creation guidelines and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in video editing and instructional design is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in e-learning content development.
- Knowledge of AI-based course optimization techniques.
- Experience working with LMS platforms for content delivery.
