The ideal full stack will lead programming efforts of our newest game changing AI technology. Applicants must fully understand all aspects of Devops, be a full stack programmer, and have leadership skills. The candidate must be entrepreneurial, motivated, have full stack experience with ADO, .NET, Azure experience be a strong leader, well organized and willing to work for only stock options initially (we have many capital opportunities coming soon)! There are strong business opportunities already in place and we will offer salary based on agreed upon company milestones. We prefer entrepreneurial minded candidates that wish to be with the company long term. The candidate will also be involved with project planning, scoping, and provide input for systems design. This candidate will be focused, driven, and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically, have excellent time management skills, and have a demonstrated ability to execute in chaotic or fast paced environments. Programming experience a major plus. This is a remote position with no travel required. We cannot sponsor visas at this time.
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily scrum meetings
- Develop and produce high quality code and documentation
- Work to ensure ticket progression
- Ensure the team is following proper Devops processes and testing.
- Help PMs and other stakeholders with technology scoping and meetings
- Motivate and inspire the dev team
- Help to prioritize and execute time sensitive business requirements.
- Report to leadership and stakeholders regarding KPIs and metrics.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of .NET programming experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years' prior Devops experience and active programming in full stack capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of software release operations
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Experience with both agile and hybrid projects
