Dotnet Developer

Akkodis is seeking a NET Lead with a client located in Fort Worth, TX

Pay/Salary Range: $125000/yr - $145000/yr

Location: Hybrid ( Ft. Worth) – 3 days on-site

Top Skills Required:

• 5+ years with C# and .NET framework/.NET Core.
• 2+ years as a Lead or Manager.
• Experience with microservices and API design.
• Experience with payment gateways or transaction processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead software development to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with team members throughout the development process.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Work with other IT staff to implement and troubleshoot software.
• Write and execute business requirements.
• Help plan software development projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or 9 years of experience and a high school diploma/GED.
• 5 years with C# and .NET framework/.NET Core.
• 3 years with microservices and distributed systems.
• 3 years of backend development, including API design.
• 2 years of TCP processing experience.
• 3 years with payment gateways or transaction processing.
• 2 years as a technical lead or engineering manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of leadership and engineering experience.
• Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with PCI compliance and secure data handling.
