Bring your energy to a growing software development team and help design and build next generation products for household clients across the United States. Join our team on a multiple year modernization project. Our products allow 8000+ clients to manage their household Payroll and Human Resources needs - this is a great opportunity to learn from an experienced team while developing a modern application.

Our technology platform: Microsoft .NET, C#, Blazor, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, SQL Server, Git, IIS (legacy platform: ASP.NET Forms, VB.NET, jQuery, Crystal Reports)

History of working in our technology stack and related languages like:
- C#, Blazor, CSS, Reporting Tools, SQL Server, SOAP and Rest APIs, etc.
History of building web and mobile applications; ownership of projects is a plus
History of working in our business domain or similar
Performance mindset
User Experience mindset
Proven ability to embrace and drive change for both improvement and growth
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of product/service lines, including financial importance
Clear communication, both written and spoken

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school and at least five years of experience in programming, system design and implementation.
