What You’ll Do
As a Senior Program Analyst, you’ll lead end-to-end development across a range of software projects — from analyzing user needs and designing smart solutions to coding, testing, training, and post-implementation support. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with team members and stakeholders at all levels, embodying our values of Unity, Passion, Customer Focus, Accountability, and Passion in everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
- Review user requirements and identify needs for new software.
- Analyze, plan, and design systems in collaboration with management and staff.
- Develop high-quality, bug-free code by thoroughly reviewing, testing, and conducting peer reviews to ensure flawless execution.
- Monitor the performance of assigned programs and address any issues or process changes.
- Respond promptly to user problems as directed by the supervisor, Help Desk, or users themselves.
- Provide two sets of documentation as requested—one for assisting customers in achieving their system goals and another for system maintenance by users, ensuring timely and cost-effective upkeep.
- Help in establishing time estimates, project goals, and objectives before project initiation and evaluate the effectiveness once completed.
- Maintain technical expertise across all relevant areas impacting current and future projects.
- Assist in implementation efforts, including training, education, user support, and achieving the defined objectives.
- Regularly update the manager on project status and track time spent on tasks, adhering to established priorities.
- Support the development of realistic project deadlines and ensure proper steps are followed to meet project completion.
- Obtain necessary design approval before coding begins, and assist in training, education, and supporting implementation efforts.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-organized programs.
- Conduct research and submit new project proposals as necessary.
- Provide training and support to system users.
- Foster positive working relationships with end users.
- May oversee the work of some programmers.
- Protect sensitive company operations by maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- Strong ability to train and support users in systems and applications.
- Effective communication with stakeholders across all levels — from end users to the executive team.
- Self-directed and team-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Skilled in verbal and written communication, both in person and remotely.

- LotusScript, Formula Language
- XPage Development
- Java, JavaScript, HTML
- API Integration and Data Exchange
- Visual Basic & VB.Net
- SQL
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) + VBA
- Website Development and Security
- Software Systems Administration:
- Primary: HCL Notes, Domino Administration, XPages
- Secondary: Microsoft O365, Exchange Administration, Teams, SharePoint, PowerShell
Experience & Education
- Preferred: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Technology.
- Required: Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in software development or systems analysis.
- Proven track record of solving complex business challenges through technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for continuous learning to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
