Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are actively searching for a seasoned Senior .NET Developer to become part of our innovative and collaborative development team. This individual will contribute to the end-to-end development of enterprise applications across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise setups. The ideal candidate will bring robust experience in C#, .NET technologies, modern front-end frameworks, cloud environments, and DevOps tools, along with a strong grasp of software engineering principles.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, React, and MongoDB.
- Write and execute unit test cases using xUnit to ensure code quality and application stability.
- Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the architectural design of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Build APIs and microservices for seamless integration between backend and React-based front ends.
- Design and deploy solutions in hybrid, cloud-native, and on-premise environments using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and apply DevOps best practices for streamlined and secure deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, availability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce clean, maintainable, high-quality code.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
Risk & Compliance Responsibilities
- Ensure applications meet financial industry regulations such as SOX, PCI-DSS, and internal cybersecurity standards.
- Support audit procedures, disaster recovery planning, and enterprise risk assessments.
- Ensure QA processes comply with standards such as ISO, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices mapped to original requirements.
Qualifications
- 5 – 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in C#, .NET, MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and jQuery.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, with the ability to build responsive and interactive UIs.
- Experience deploying applications in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, loosely coupled systems, and API development.
- Solid foundation in DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex application issues.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with hybrid cloud strategies and modern deployment architectures.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD platforms.
- Working knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, SQL Server).
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

- Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days on-site per week at any of the above locations.
