Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
· ESRIs Suite of Desktop and Enterprise Software
· Usage and development of Desktop software (ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro)
· Deployment and implementation of ESRIs Enterprise for ArcGIS platform
· Configuration and development of web applications
· Publishing of web services
· Development and implementation of ESRIs Roads and Highways Linear Referencing System
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
· Leveraging Safe Software’s FME Enterprise subscription
· FME Form for workflow process development
· FME Flow for automation of workflows
· Deployment of VertiGIS Studio for enhancement of ESRIs Enterprise for ArcGIS platform
· Deployment, development, configuration and implementation of HPMS and SLD Manager Software
· Scripting and Coding
· Software and application development .Net
· HTML
· Java Script
· Python
· R
· Others
