Job Title: Full Stack Senior .NET Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of software development experience in a full stack .NET environment.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / C#.
Proficient with Angular (version 13 or later) and front-end development.
Strong database experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and microservices.
Experience working in financial services or banking is highly preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Understanding of secure coding practices and regulatory requirements in finance
