Hiring manager notes:
- We are looking for strong full stack .net developer familiar with extract logic, knows Mongo and who is outspoken, willing to step up and take things instead of waiting to be told what to do. It’s a client facing role so communication skills should be polished.
Job Duties:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, robust web applications across both the front-end and back-end using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API).
- Implement RESTful APIs and ensure data interaction between front-end and back-end components.
- Developing and maintaining MongoDB databases, including data modeling, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning. Developing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, to define/refine project requirements and deliver high-quality software - outspoken, willing to step up and take things instead of waiting to be told what to do.
- Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as full stack .Net developer
- 3+ years of experience on noSQL Databases like MongoDb Strong skills in cloud platforms like AWS
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- outspoken, willing to step up and take things instead of waiting to be told what to do.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
