Dotnet Developer

We are looking for a Software engineer to join a dynamic team. This can be a full-time direct hire or contract to hire position in Cary, North Carolina with our client. You will be responsible for software development, testing, debugging and deployment. You also have an opportunity to take on some GIS tasks and development, general IT tasks as well. No visa sponsorship available at this time or in the future with this position. Our client offers excellent benefits and a very relaxed work culture.

Responsibilities for a .NET Developer:

Design, test, and implement new applications
Enhance existing applications
Maintain existing applications and provide resolution for software defects
Create documentation for new applications and maintain existing documentation
Create and maintain unit tests for new and existing applications
Work closely with team members to ensure quality delivery of software

Required Skills as a .NET Developer:

2+ years of working experience with .NET Framework and C#
Experience with REST, JSON, XML, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
MS SQL or other database experience
Understanding of source code management tools
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
Solid analytical skills
Solid written/verbal communication skills
