We are currently seeking a .Net Developer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize mature programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation
- Strong debugging skills, web app development, experience in developing high load systems.
- Document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/Enhance software application modules.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of the following:
- .NET Framework: Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using the .NET framework.
- ASP.MVC, .NET MVC, .NET Web API frameworks, C#, Agile, SQL
- Bootstrap experience, ASP.NET, XML, HTML, CSS
- AngularJS, SSIS, and some Hadoop/HIVE
- Linux including migrations to newer versions.
- PERL Scripting for automation and development tasks.
- Oracle as a Service (ORaas).
- Windows SQL Server including database management and optimization.
Education:
- Degree: Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent work experience
