Position: Telecom/Network Engineer
Location: Hybrid (Remote opportunities after 3 months)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours

Job Summary:
The Telecom/Network Engineer will design, configure, manage, troubleshoot, support, and implement the Telecom/Network Infrastructure. You will also participate in project management activities and provide technical leadership in various initiatives involving network and telecom systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and technical direction of enterprise telecom/network solutions
- Deploy and support network technologies including routing, switching, and wireless
- Operate and maintain network security infrastructure (e.g., VPN, TrustSec, ISE, secure web browsing)
- Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents in collaboration with Help Desk, ITOC, and SOC
- Utilize network monitoring and security tools (e.g., Splunk, Ansible, Python, .NET)
- Engage with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
- Provide input to strategy, planning, and budgeting efforts
- Lead or assist with project planning and execution, occasionally managing small teams
Must Have Requirements:
- Bachelor's in a technical discipline with 2+ years of experience OR
Associate's with 4+ years OR
6+ years of technical experience without a degree
- Experience across multiple network infrastructure areas: Routing, Switching, Wireless
- Proficiency in network monitoring/security tools
- Familiarity with network access control, segmentation, SASE, Cloud Networking
- Experience in scripting and automation (Splunk, Ansible, Python, .NET)
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodology
Preferred:
- Cisco environment experience
- CCNA certification
