Full Stack Engineer

Scion Technology has been engaged to lead a Lead Fullstack Developer search on behalf of our client, a nationally recognized technology consulting firm headquartered in Allentown, PA. This onsite role is for immediate, direct-hire placement!

What You Will Do:

Lead complex software development projects from inception to deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery with minimal oversight
Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, associates, and clients to gather requirements and create technical solutions
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using technologies including .NET, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
Debug complex issues, perform risk analysis, and implement scalable software solutions
Mentor Associate Developers and contribute to the evolution of coding standards and best practices
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Optimize performance and contribute to architectural planning across multiple systems

What You Will Bring:

2–3+ years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in: .NET, React, Typescript, and PostgreSQL
Experience with software architecture patterns, MVC frameworks, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to debug non-obvious issues
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Passion for clean, well-documented, and efficient code
A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies
