We are seeking a talented .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role offers the opportunity to work across the entire technology stack, building scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions using cutting-edge .NET technologies and modern cloud platforms.
As a .NET Full Stack Developer with C#, AWS & Azure experience, you'll be responsible for developing both front-end user interfaces and robust back-end systems, while leveraging the power of Azure and AWS cloud services to deliver high-performance, scalable applications.
This position is salaried, full-time, exempt from overtime, reports to the Senior Director of Information Technology, and does not have any direct reports.

PAC is situated in the foothills west of Golden, Colorado, in the Genesee area. We have a beautiful view of the spectacular Colorado high country. We embrace a hybrid work environment. We work at the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and we offer employees the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Duties and Responsibilities
Development and Engineering
- Design and develop responsive web applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and ASP.NET
- Build interactive user interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (Angular/React)
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Web API and Entity Framework
- Implement cloud-native solutions using Azure and AWS services
Cloud Infrastructure and Services
- Deploy and manage applications on Azure
- Utilize AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) for scalable application architecture
- Optimize applications for cloud performance and cost-efficiency
Database and Data Management
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases and queries
- Implement data access layers and ensure data integrity
- Work with both relational database systems
Quality Assurance and Collaboration
- Write comprehensive unit tests and participate in code reviews
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across development and production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning
Skills and Experience
Required Technical Skills
- Backend: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API
- Frontend: Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern framework (Angular, React, or Vue.js)
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS services
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design principles
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Required Experience
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proven track record of delivering web applications from concept to production
- Experience with API design and development
- Cloud deployment and management experience
Required Professional Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
Preferred Qualifications
- Kentico familiarity is a huge plus, or understanding how major CMS’ work
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Azure
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Understanding of security best practices and authentication protocols
Compensation
For this salaried, exempt position, the compensation range is $100,000 - $135,000 per year.
The pay for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), and other law.
