Job Description
This position is contingent upon ITMC Solutions being awarded the contract. Candidates selected for consideration will be contacted as soon as the award decision is made. Employment offers will be finalized only upon contract award confirmation.
We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This individual will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, thrives in an agile environment, and is passionate about innovation and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable web applications using modern full stack technologies.

Architect and implement front-end user interfaces and back-end services.

Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.

Participate in project planning sessions with stakeholders, business analysts, and team members to analyze requirements and outline technical solutions.

Translate business needs into technical requirements and development strategies.

Contribute to Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with DevOps to deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and monitor production environments.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Continuously optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Required Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

3–5 years of full stack development experience.

Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, with experience in frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Back-end experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.

Proficient with relational databases

Experience in designing and integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.

Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Selenium).

Exposure to containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

Understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure coding practices.
