Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to lead our IT department. This pivotal role involves overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various IT disciplines, including machine learning, computer networking, and software development. As the Director of IT, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of our technology infrastructure while fostering innovation and efficiency within the team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the IT strategy to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee the management of computer networking systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Lead network administration efforts, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement APIs that facilitate seamless integration between systems.
Manage software development projects utilizing technologies such as .NET, React, HTML, and MongoDB.
Ensure data integrity and security across all platforms, including Exchange services.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

*English and mandarin speaking

Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts.
Extensive knowledge of computer networking principles and practices.
Proficiency in network administration tasks with a focus on security best practices.
Experience in developing APIs for various applications and services.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and back-end technologies including .NET and MongoDB.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
