We seek a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help us develop and maintain the digital infrastructure that powers our programs.

Job Overview:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will develop, deploy, and maintain web-based solutions that support our mission. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platforms' stability, scalability, and functionality. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy web applications and services using C#, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Manage and maintain our Odoo platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our operational teams.
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
Collaborate with the team on version control and code management using GitHub.
Work with stakeholders to ensure projects meet the requirements and are delivered on time.
Troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing applications and systems.
Ensure website and application security complies with industry standards and WCAG requirements.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong expertise in C# and Odoo ERP system.
Experience with Windows Server management.
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience working in or with non-profit organizations.
Familiarity with entrepreneurship or poverty-alleviation initiatives is a plus.
