On-Site Service Desk Engineer
Unió Digital is a Tucson, Arizona based full-service information technology, cloud services provider, and structured cabling company offering comprehensive managed I.T. services, hosted email/voice/security solutions, and low voltage cabling services. We believe in dreaming big and making it real, and we're looking for a skilled On-Site Service Desk Engineer who shares our vision.
A successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level (Tier I) and second-level (Tier II) technical assistance to our clients, addressing their IT-related issues and requests while on-site at a client location. The primary goal of this role is to ensure client satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions to their technical problems.
This is an on-site role.
Duties
- Respond to incoming service desk calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Accurately record and document all details of the issue or service request, including categorization and priority into the IT service management system.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical problems and explain solutions in a simple, clear language.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and management to identify and implement the best solutions for our clients.
- Engage in root cause analysis for recurring issues, developing long-term solutions to minimize their occurrence.
- Continuously improve your technical skills and knowledge and share your learnings with the team.
- Participate in regular training and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Qualification
- 1+ year experience in providing IT support.
- Current MSHA Part 48 Training or Ability to Obtain.
- Client-oriented approach with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, or other RMM agents is a plus.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- A self-starter who is eager to expand their qualifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pressure situations without compromising service delivery.
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT related degree and/or certifications (Cisco, A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent) is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
